Maaser Campaign -- For Vendors


Dear Vendor,

We would like to invite you to join our special vendor list on our website. There is no cost, and it’s an easy way to advertise your business to our shul membership.

When one of our shul members uses your products or services, in return, you agree to send our shul the corresponding maiser amount from that sale. Since this will be considered a donation, we will send you a statement at the end of the year for your tax records.

How would it work? It’s really very simple.  When our shul members make purchases from you, they would identify themselves as Tiferes Yisroel members.  You would need to keep a record of these purchases, and then calculate the corresponding maiser. You would then send a payment to the shul at the beginning of every month, or make an on line payment based on the amount of purchases.  

If at any point you decided you did not want to participate, you would simply let us know. We rely on your integrity to track purchases and payments.

We agree to send Congregation Tiferes Yisroel maaser proceeds at the beginning of every month based on sales from shul members.  We will notify the shul immediately if we choose to end our participation.  The shul will notify us immediately if we are no longer part of the program.
