Sisterhood Holy Adar-- February 10
Wednesday, February 10, 2016 • 1 Adar I 5776
7:30 PM - 9:00 PMMain Shul
Hello Holy Sisters of Baltimore!
I'm so excited to be leading an event with a special Adar flavor for the TY Sisterhood! The focus will be "planting and growing your own new seed." This workshop will provide time and space to stop from our busy lives and focus on what new tree we would like to grow in our own lives. All areas of growth will be touched on including - personal/spiritual growth, emotional growth, physical growth (eating healthy, etc), or choosing a dream that one wants to begin implementing.
We will use introspective activities to access our women's wisdom to gain insight into that which Hashem is wanting us to see regarding growth in this way and formulate an action plan to bring this new seed into its fullest expression!
There will be a short dance performance and an optional one song group expressive dance to share our light through movement.
Connecting our original theme to the holy Rosh Chodesh Adar, we will be emphasizing how growth and living a life of our dreams is our way as Jewish women to spread Hashem's light through living joyfully.
Date: Wednesday, February 10
Time: 7:30pm- 9pm
Location: Tiferes Yisroel Main Shul (accessible venue)
No admission charge for TY members, $10 for non-members, and TY Sisterhood dues of $36 are always welcome if you have not already joined!
I am so excited for us all to meet to spread more light in the world on this holy month!
